OK, sure, the headline is a bit sensational, but there are a few people who may feel that the wording is pretty accurate.

So here's how it went down! We all know last months ComiCONN was not only an incredible show, but a very well attended one as well. By 2 PM i was getting ready to do my '80'sTees / Secret identity Trivia' contest when i noticed that the line to get in was getting a little longer and stalling.

With my quick thinking I thought 'why not do the trivia contest with the people who are waiting in line? Make the wait a little better?'

So along with a couple of young assistants, Owen and Katie, (who lugged the shirts and gift cards) we went up the line and asked trivia questions too. Not the easiest thing to do but i feel the folks waiting in line really appreciated it. What they liked more was no matter if they were correct or not, they won something. After all our friends at 80's Tees sent us at least 60 gift cards and cool shirts.

So Brian and I, as well as the organizers of ComiCONN would like to send both thanks and appreciation to the greatest place to get shirts, pajamas, hats, wallets and so much more... www.80stees.com

The photo above is Brian in his G.I. Joe Cobra logo shirt from 80'stees.com and NOT writer / director Joss Whedon as the Connecticut media reported it was. Of course, no one denied this story!
