The image above pretty much sums it up--Saturday at New York Comic Con is about surviving the crowd. For those that braved the Saturday insanity however, there was a ton to see and do at the show. The highlight of the day was probably the Walking Dead panel, which featured Norman Reedus and Andrew Lincoln. Sadly, that panel was full almost as soon as the show doors opened today, with people waiting several hours to get a seat for it. I did speak to a few con-goers who did get into the panel, and they said it was worth the wait.
I have been trying all weekend to get over to the Toy Tokyo booth for the Freddy and Jason 8-bit ReAction figures, but I haven't been successful. Perhaps tomorrow...
A good chunk of my time at the show today was spent hunkered down with Matt in the Monarch Comics booth, where I had a birds-eye view of the fantastic cosplays that parading around the show floor. I'll leave you with another batch. Enjoy!
