We are extremely excited to announce that our home city of Springfield is having a convention this month! Even better, it's at a local arts theater that has been under renovation for years, and has once again become a cultural staple of our community.

The first annual Bing Con will feature artists, writers, vendors, fan organizations, podcasters, filmmakers and more. Here's a quick list of some of the guests and vendors, of which you'll not a few Secret Identity pals:

Just a reminder for Sunday, we do have plenty of electric sockets in the room, but you might think about bringing an extension cord and/or multi plug box. I didn't have your e-mail at work so I sent it over here. I have you next to Susan Alston from the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund and The Good, The Bad and The Crafty, some very creative ladies and their esoteric crafts. You also have a couple artists in your room and one comic book dealer. The other vendor supporting their podcast is Modern Myths and they are in the other room.
