I am a firm believer in the fact that you need to be 'in love' with whatever creative outlet you choose. By that I mean that if you are an artist you may be able to draw anything, but if you love and feel passionate about your subject, it will show. I feel that way about the art of Andrew Edge, especially his music themed art. Andrew's work has a human feel and you can see so much like in the work.
If you think Andrew's art looks familiar, Andrew drew the second Doctor in my UNOFFICIAL DOCTOR WHO COMPANION. I loved working with Andrew on this and since I have a couple top secret music projects going on (more on them later), I will be looking for Andrew to help me with some art! But don't say anything to him... he doesn't know yet!
Andrew is a HUGE music fan and dare I say most of our conversations revolve around Kidney Stones and our favorite bands. We are constantly talking about what bands we have seen and what music we just bought, or what band we think the other one will get into.
