Flash Gordon – Zeitgeist # 1 (Dynamite)! Forget the fact that the comic is only a buck, this book is absolutely incredible! This is Flash Gordon the way he should be in the era he should be! Creators Eric Trautmann, Alex Ross and Daniel Indro bring one of the most beloved characters of all time back to the level he deserves. Thank you! 5 out of 5 Mongo’s!
Animal Man # 3 (DC) Do not read this book before you go to bed or I guarantee you nightmares! Jeff Lemire and Travel Foreman have turned an average character into someone I really care about! Wow! 4.5 out of 5 crazy daughters!
Teen Titans # 3 (DC) I’m really liking where this thing is going and I really like the creative team, especially Brett Booths pencils. This is not the Titans team I grew up with, but as long as Kid Flash is there, I’m in! 4 out of 5 Purple Gloves!
Voodoo # 3 (DC) What better way to disguise an alien invasion than making your spies look like hot girls! I don’t wanna like this book, but I really do especially Sami Basri’s art! I don’t know how long this can go on for but until it falls apart, I’ll be reading. 4 out of 5 Hot Alien Chicks!
