This. Story. Is. Crazy. Awesome.

Imagine that the CDC created software that simulated billions of years of human evolution. Now imagine that an evolved being, an almost god-like killing machine who was created in that simulation took it over and figured out a way to make itself real. Known as the ‘Endling,’ this being has manipulated Amber and Zavi, a couple of college students, into helping him cross over. They have no idea what they are unleashing, but those that do are coming for Zavi and Amber to stop them from bringing the Endling into our world.

I cannot overstate how well done this series has been so far. For eighteen installments, writer Jonathan Larsen and the art team of Cecelia Latella and Jenn Manley Lee have crafted a tense and often terrifying saga. The way all of the major players have moved into place over the course of the story is brilliant, and the tension continues to rise toward an almost unbearable level as the moment of truth approaches.

Oh, and did I mention that you can read the whole thing for FREE? Because you can, over at thrillbent.com. New issues go up every Thursday, so as of today you can read 19 issues. I envy you for that, because you are getting to read in one shot something that the rest of us have had to wait for every week, and it’s so darn good now.

Go read this comic right now.

5 out of 5 Why Are You Still Reading This When I Just Told You To Go Read The Endling Right Now?

Amber and Zavi are high school students in a college program. Besides that pretty much spot on with everything else.
