I just wanted to let everyone know that DCBS is participating in the Comics Pro team up with Top Cow for their "end of Top Cow Universe" event. We will be hosting Tim Seeley in our store on Wednesday January 4th for a signing. Each attendee will receive 5% off their entire purchase in the store with a purchase of a Top Cow variant specifically made for the event.
Tim Seeley has taken over the Witchblade title for Top Cow with his first issue releasing this month. Of course, Tim is the talented artist/writer/creator behind Hack Slash. He also was the artist on Kore, G.I. Joe, G.I. Joe vs. Transformers, and Forgotten Realms: The Dark Elf Trilogy. We will be stocking all of Tim's collected editions and will have a special sale on
them in store. We also will have a very big store wide sale including 10 cent back issues, 75% off selected trade paperbacks and hardcovers, and 50% off select toys.
Many of Top Cow's best creators and some of North America's finest comic retailers will be bringing in the new year and new universe in style. In addition to hosting a variety of signings, all ComicsPRO member retailers will also have access to two limited edition variant covers for ARTIFACTS #13 and WITCHBLADE #151 to commemorate the event!
