As usual the first two days were a huge blur at the greatest comic show on the East Coast. However i need to share the best story so far...
On Friday I was scheduled to interview Samuel Anderson, who played the awesome Danny Pink in last seasons DOCTOR WHO. He was supposed to show up at the Monarch Comics booth at 4 PM for an interview but because of unexpected fan reaction... he didn't come... and i was sad. THEN, around 5:40 or so he came by the booth to apologize for not making it on time and that he had to go back to the Doctor Who Store booth. Sadly there would be no interview because he had more signings and photo ops and he had to fulfil his obligations.
What was incredible was the fact that he came to see me to tell me this and if there was anything he could do to make it up to me, he would. A few photos and laughs later, an incredible guy made this kid pretty happy. Before he left he did say to me... "next time... we interview, mate!"
